Dr. Edward Akinlolu Addison (FInstLM) [Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management] is the Founder and Principal of Leadership Matters Institute, an organisation that advocates, teaches and promotes excellence in organisational leadership.

A Theologian, Strategist, Businessman and Philanthropist, he was born and raised in London, UK where he currently resides, yet is proudly Nigerian where he spent some of his teenage years. This unique blend of cultural richness stands him in good stead as a multicultural leader with a passion for Africa, where he spends a lot of his time educating and speaking across the globe.

He is a pioneer with over thirty five years’ experience in key leadership roles in church organisations and the wider community; having served as a consultant for several Government organisations within the UK and Africa.  Dr Addison brings unique insights into strategic leadership, problem solving and significant investment opportunities. An Entrepreneur with vast experience in business he has chaired public forums and consultation forums on community development making media appearances on the BBC and sitting on several advisory boards.

An accomplished academic, Dr Edward A. Addison holds degrees from several esteemed Universities: Bachelors in Biblical studies (University of Liverpool), M.Th in Applied Theology (Spurgeons College, London), M.A in Theology and Research, (King’s College London) and a Doctorate in Divinity.
