Pastor Dèjì is a man of God with a vision to equip and empower others to fulfil their purpose.

His wide-ranging experiences include over 23 years as a qualified Psychotherapist, 14 years as a certified Personal Coach and extensive personal mentoring, both within and outside of the Church.

As well as being a founding trustee for Dnipro Hope Mission, a Christian charity serving the people of Eastern Ukraine, he has led and served on international mission projects in countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Ukraine and the USA.

For a number of years, Pastor Dèjì has served on the multi-faith Chaplaincy team at King’s College Hospital in London, providing emotional, pastoral and spiritual support and guidance to people of all ages and stages – patients, relatives and colleagues, in their time of need, irrespective of their faith beliefs.

His community responsibilities includes sitting on the leadership board of Citizens UK in the London Borough of Southwark, as well as the area of Peckham.

In addition, he has been successful in establishing collaborative partnership with Moat Housing Association and the East Merton (NHS) Primary Care Network that saw a successful community event with over 1600 in attendance.

With ecumenical experience weaving through the Anglican Church as a child, to the Pentecostal and Charismatic strands of the Christian faith and now an ordained Baptist Minister, Pastor Dèjì serves as Lead Pastor of Pollards Hill Baptist Church in the Mitcham area of South London, where he contributes to seeing the wider Church, strong in her identity, focussed on reinforcing the abiding principles of the Christian faith, with integrity, courage and no apology, exalting the person of Jesus Christ.

He serves as a Founding Partner, responsible for mentoring at Leadership Matters, a Christian Educational, Mentoring and Leadership Development organisation with a primary focus on developing and promoting effective leadership principles and practices for innovation, change management and success for today’s leaders.

Pastor Dèjì is fluent in a number of European and African languages, crazy about boats, and has a personal ambition to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. He thoroughly enjoys watching documentaries and is a keen squash player.
