Dèjì draws from his experiences in the areas of psychotherapy, coaching and mentoring to empower people in their God-given purpose.
His community experiences include sitting on the leadership board of Citizens UK in the London Borough of Southwark, successfully establishing collaborative partnerships overseeing an annual community event with over 3000 in attendance, and as a founding trustee for a charity serving in Eastern Ukraine.
As well as being the lead Pastor in a Baptist church, Dèjì has been serving on the multi-faith Chaplaincy team at King’s College Hospital in London.
He is a Founding Partner, responsible for mentoring at Leadership Matters, striving to develop and promote effective leadership principles and practices for innovation, change management and success for today’s leaders.
