AYO ALEGBELEYE holds a senior position at the London Borough of Tower hamlets and brings over 30 years of leading organization and service area strategic changes programmes. He has a passion for developing and coaching individuals and teams to be the best that they can be.
He has held senior positions at the British Library and is the Director of Discovery Point Solutions. A training organization which specializes in facilitating organizational change and developing leaders in operational areas as diverse as Facilities Management.
He has a passion for producing and delivering training programs and has over 15 years’ experience of delivering, Project Management, Leadership and Coaching programmes. He has worked with the NHS, London Metropolitan University, and City Lit as well as several smaller organizations in the UK and Africa to deliver life changing programmes. His popular life changing course “Maximize the Moment” is a two-day programme which has shaped the lives of 100’s of delegates over the years.
He holds an MBA, a Teaching degree, plus Project Management and Facilities Management qualifications but these are less important than the enthusiasm and passion he brings to any programme especially grass roots organizations.
